1. Introduction

Welcome to the Cannabis Revolution online storefront (the "Storefront"), operated by Cannabis Revolution ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Storefront, including browsing products and placing orders for in-store pickup.

The Storefront is a product catalog and ordering platform. It does not process payments or facilitate delivery. All payments are made in-store at the time of pickup.

By accessing or using the Storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Storefront.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be of legal age to purchase cannabis in your province or territory of residence. The minimum age varies by province:

• Alberta: 18 years old
• Quebec: 21 years old
• All other provinces/territories: 19 years old

2.2 Age Verification

You will be required to verify your age by providing your date of birth before placing any order. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under the Cannabis Act (S.C. 2018, c. 16).

2.3 Account Registration

To place orders, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Products and Ordering

3.1 Product Availability

All products listed on the Storefront are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

3.2 Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Cannabis product potency, terpene profiles, and other attributes may vary between batches.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) for informational purposes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of in-store pickup and payment.

3.4 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes a request to reserve products for in-store pickup. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel any order after confirmation if the product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we are unable to verify your age or identity at pickup.

4. Payment and Pickup

4.1 No Online Payment

The Storefront does not accept or process payments online. All payments are made in-store at the time of pickup.

4.2 In-Store Payment

Payment methods accepted in-store are determined by the retail location. Applicable federal (GST/HST) and provincial sales taxes will be applied at the time of payment.

4.3 Age Verification at Pickup

Age verification at the time of in-store pickup is subject to the retail location's policies and applicable provincial regulations.

4.4 Order Pickup Window

Orders must be picked up within 48 hours of the confirmed pickup time. Uncollected orders may be cancelled at our discretion.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before pickup. Since no payment is collected online, no refund processing is required.

5.2 Cancellation by Us

We may cancel any order if the product becomes unavailable, there is a pricing error, or age verification cannot be completed at pickup.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Order cannabis for anyone under the legal age
• Resell or redistribute products obtained through the Storefront
• Use the Storefront for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent age verification measures
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation of the Storefront

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Storefront, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cannabis Revolution or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE STOREFRONT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE STOREFRONT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. PRODUCT INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON THE STOREFRONT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND MAY NOT REFLECT REAL-TIME AVAILABILITY OR FINAL PRICING.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Cannabis Revolution SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE STOREFRONT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cannabis Revolution, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Storefront or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Storefront is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please review these documents to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Cannabis Regulatory Compliance

12.1 Federal and Provincial Laws

All orders are facilitated in compliance with the Cannabis Act (S.C. 2018, c. 16) and applicable provincial and territorial cannabis legislation. Product availability and purchase limits may vary by jurisdiction.

Purchases may be subject to legal possession limits as set by federal and provincial law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts in Edmonton, Alberta.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cannabis Revolution regarding your use of the Storefront.
