1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Cannabis Revolution online storefront (the "Storefront") operated by Cannabis Revolution. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference.

2. Age and Eligibility Requirements

• You must meet the legal age for cannabis purchase in your province or territory
• You must provide an accurate and truthful date of birth for age verification
• You must not create accounts on behalf of minors or individuals who do not meet age requirements

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

3.1 Illegal Activities

• Purchasing cannabis for distribution to minors
• Purchasing cannabis in quantities exceeding legal possession limits
• Reselling or redistributing cannabis products purchased through the Storefront
• Transporting cannabis across provincial, territorial, or international borders in violation of applicable law
• Any activity that violates the Cannabis Act or applicable provincial/territorial cannabis legislation

3.2 Fraudulent Activities

• Providing a false date of birth or other misleading information for age verification
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent order or purchase limits
• Impersonating another person or entity

3.3 Platform Abuse

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Storefront, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the Storefront's infrastructure or services
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to access the Storefront without authorization
• Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures

3.4 Content Violations

• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
• Uploading offensive, threatening, or harassing content
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others

4. Purchase Limits

Federal and provincial laws impose limits on cannabis possession. You are responsible for ensuring your purchases comply with applicable limits. We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that may exceed legal possession limits.

5. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• You must not share your account with others

6. Enforcement

6.1 Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor use of the Storefront for compliance with this AUP.

6.2 Consequences of Violation

Violation of this AUP may result in:

• Warning or notice of violation
• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
• Cancellation of orders
• Refusal of future service
• Reporting to law enforcement where required or appropriate

6.3 Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to jason@gmail.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Storefront. Continued use of the Storefront constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
